The Energy of Quiet — Coming Back to Your Own Vibration | November Women’s Circle

$55.00
Limit 6 per order

When life feels loud, give yourself a little space to hear yourself again.

Between everyday responsibilities, other people’s needs and the growing demands of the end of the year, it can be easy to lose touch with your own pace. What are you feeling? What do you need? What helps you feel like yourself?

November’s women’s circle is an invitation to pause and gently reconnect.

Inspired by my podcast episode, The Energy of Quiet — Coming Back to Your Own Vibration, this gathering brings the theme into a shared experience. We’ll explore what it means to make room for your own voice beneath the noise of daily life.

Quiet doesn’t require an empty mind or complete silence. It might simply mean having enough space to notice yourself, without needing to change or fix anything.

Your afternoon includes

● Gently guided grounding meditation to help you arrive and settle.

● Journaling and reflection to explore what draws your attention outward and what helps you return to yourself.

● A restful crystal singing bowl sound bath, with space to listen and rest.

● Sharing and connection, with the freedom to speak or simply listen.

● Tea and an unhurried welcome in an intimate, comfortable setting.

Through our five guiding intentions—Connect, Replenish, Reflect, Rebalance and Rise—we’ll make room for rest, connection and a little more awareness of what you need.

You’re welcome just as you are

If you’ve attended a circle before, I’d love to welcome you back. If this is your first time, you’re equally welcome, including if you’re coming on your own.

You don’t need meditation experience, the right words or a particular mood. Sharing is always optional, and chairs are available for your comfort.
