As winter begins to soften and the first signs of spring appear, nature reminds us that we, too, move through seasons.

There are times for resting and retreating, and there are times when something within us begins to stir again. A new idea. A different direction. A desire for change. Or simply the feeling that we are ready for something more.

Align & Emerge is an intimate Spring Equinox Day Retreat created for women who are ready to step out of winter and into the new season feeling clearer, lighter and more connected to themselves.

Held in the peaceful surrounds of Grace Sanctuary in Hazelbrook, in the beautiful Blue Mountains, this nurturing full-day experience invites you to slow down, listen inward and explore what you would like to cultivate as you move into spring.

A day of renewal, reflection and energetic alignment

Throughout the day, you’ll be gently guided through a series of experiences designed to support your mind, body and energy.

Pause and acknowledge the season you have travelled through, what you are ready to release and what may be beginning to emerge.

Tune into your energetic centres through guided awareness, chakra reflection, vibration, tuning forks and sound.

🌸 Spring Intention & Creative Practice
Explore how you want to feel, what you want to cultivate and what you are ready to step towards in the season ahead.

🌱 Spring Awakening Ritual
A gentle, symbolic experience of planting and nurturing an intention for the months ahead.

🎶 Immersive Sound Healing Journey
Rest deeply as crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, meditation and vibration support relaxation, energetic alignment and integration.

☕ Space to Simply Be
There will also be generous pauses throughout the day for nourishing food, tea, conversation, nature, journalling and quiet reflection.

This isn’t about reinventing yourself.

Spring doesn’t arrive overnight.

It emerges gradually, responding to warmth, light and the conditions around it.
