Soulfull Day is an intimate, heart-led experience designed for small groups of women - friends, sisters, mothers & daughters - who long to slow down, breathe deeply, and feel held.
Hosted in the Hazelbrook studio - Grace Sanctuary in the Blue Mountains (or a location of your choosing), each Soulfull Day is a curated blend of gentle practices including grounding rituals, reflective practices, guided meditation, nourishing food, and a deeply restorative crystal sound healing session.
Whether you’re visiting the Blue Mountains for a weekend escape or gathering with women you love for a meaningful experience, Soulfull Day offers a soft place to land.
