Here are a few simple emotional wellbeing rituals that can help soften overwhelm and reconnect us with ourselves:
🌿 Heart-Centred Journaling
Begin with the prompt: “Today my heart feels…”
Let the words flow without judgement.
🌿 The Compassion Touch
Place a hand on your heart and belly.
Breathe slowly and remind yourself: “I’m here. I’m listening.”
🌿 Emotional Check-Ins
Pause during the day and ask:
What am I feeling right now? What do I need?
🌿 Sound as Medicine
Gentle tones or crystal singing bowls can help emotional energy shift and settle.
🌿 Gratitude Whisper
End the day by naming three small things that brought comfort or joy.
These moments don’t take much time, but they build emotional resilience, clarity, and steadiness — especially for women navigating busy, demanding lives.
When we honour our emotions, we honour ourselves.
